This website

There is no checkout on this website and nothing can be bought here. Prices shown arestarting prices — the lowest price for the smallest size in the plainest finish. Your actual price depends on size, materials, fabric and finish, and is confirmed in a written quote before anything is built.

We keep the catalogue accurate, but a piece may occasionally be out of stock or a price may have moved. The quote we send you is the price that counts.

Quotes

Send us a request and we reply with a drawing, the materials and a firm price, normally within two working days during business hours.

To confirm: how long a quote stays valid. Thirty days is normal and protects you when material prices move.

Payment

50% down to start, the balance on delivery. We accept cash, GCash and bank transfer. Work begins once the deposit has cleared.

To confirm: whether the deposit on custom-built pieces is refundable, and up to what point. Custom work cannot be resold, so most shops treat the deposit as non-refundable once cutting has started — but this must be the owner's decision and must be said plainly here, because it is the single most likely thing to be argued about.

Lead times

Typically 7–14 days. Items marked "Ready for delivery" ship sooner. Modular cabinets and kitchen sets are measured on site and quoted per project, so their lead time is confirmed with the quote.

Lead times are honest estimates, not guarantees. If something will be late — a material is delayed, a machine is down — we will tell you rather than let the date pass quietly.

Delivery and installation

Free delivery within Talisay and Cebu City on orders over ₱20,000. Other towns are quoted by distance. We deliver around Talisay, Cebu City, Minglanilla, Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu and nearby areas; ask us about anywhere farther.

Installation is included for beds, cabinets and kitchen sets within our delivery area. Please make sure there is a clear route in — stairs, doorways and lifts — and that someone over 18 is there to receive and inspect the delivery.

To confirm: what happens on a failed delivery — nobody home, or the piece will not fit through the door. A re-delivery charge is usual; say what it is.

Checking your furniture

We send progress photos before delivery, and you inspect the piece when it arrives. If something is damaged or not what was agreed, tell the delivery team there and then and we will put it right.

Warranty

One year on the frame and workmanship of pieces we build, from the date of delivery. If a joint fails or something we made comes apart in normal household use, we repair or replace it.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear — fading, small marks, fabric pilling.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, overloading or moving the piece yourself.
• Water damage, or damage from damp or direct sun.
• Changes or repairs made by someone else.
• Items we resell rather than build, which carry their own manufacturer's warranty.

Solid wood moves a little with humidity — small changes in grain and colour are the material behaving normally, not a fault.

Changing or cancelling an order

To confirm: up to what point an order can be changed or cancelled, and what it costs after that. Customers will ask, and a clear answer here prevents an argument later.
